Orders from $00.00 to $79.99 will be charged a $8.50 handling and shipping fee.
Phone orders could take longer to ship. Also if a phone number is not given at check out it takes 3 to 4 more working days for order to be confirmed and shipped . Please leave your phone number at check out.
The default shipping method is by the United States Post Office. Unless You choose the way you want your order shipped at check out. For most shipments within the 48 states our free shipping, policies do apply.
Shipping in the United States and Canada.
There will be an extra charge for
shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Australia or Canada. All orders
to this 4 places will be charged the total shipping. You
will receive by email a invoice right from PayPal for the
shipping cost. Customers are required to pay all taxes and
tariffs for shipments to Canada. Overseas orders will be
shipped UPS, US Post and Priority Mail. Please tell us in
your shipping notes at checkout which way you want your
products shipped. The Total cost including shipping will
then be emailed to you before any product is shipped. Orders
must be signed for upon delivery. All Shipments Outside of
the 48 states could take up to 5 weeks to be delivered.
If insurance is wanted, state that in the shipping notes at checkout.
Insurance is only good up until shipment clears US customs.
We accept US dollars. Your financial institution may
incur extra charges for conversion.
-A invoice through PayPal for shipping will be sent, when international shipments are paid by PayPal Express. Orders will be shipped after invoice is paid.-
We will send your merchandise when we see proof of a completed payment of shipping cost.
All orders must be verified and confirmed. We must have your phone number for this process or it will take longer to ship Or not shipped at all. UPS and the Postal services needs this incase they need to get in touch when having delivery problems.
The Wing Dreams Accessories Ships products by way of UPS and United States Post Office. Orders are shipped without insurance unless it is purchased at checkout. The way products are shipped depends on the price, speed, delivery location and what the time of day the orders are picked at our warehouse. Customer has a choice of shipping methods at checkout. All product, accessories and/or parts are not our responsibility once they have been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. Customer has a choice to purchase insurance at checkout. Standard shipping that is done by way of the United States Post office regular mail and a tracking number is not available. It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. If there is a mistake and product is returned, an extra cost of $10.00 shipping will be charged.
Please remember during peak times of the year and when free shipping applies, it could take a few more days for an order to ship. Large orders will be held so all pieces are shipped at the same time. If you can't wait, you can let us know, but there will be a charge for expedited shipping. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather. Some products are made to order.
We have a huge inventory, but we must rely on our suppliers and manufacturers to provide us with a steady flow of merchandise. If we do not have the items in stock, we will maintain your order in a backorder status until we receive the merchandise and ship it to you.
All product, accessories and or parts are not our responsibility once they have been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. No claims can be made for mis-shipped product after 72 hours of receipt of order.
