Products and Returns.
No product, parts or accessories can be returned with out a return RMA. All returns with out a RMA number will be refused and returned to shipper at your expense. To get a return RMA email us sales@wingdreams.com with your order number. Fitment of accessories is the customers reasonability . If you have any ? email us to be sure. Returns must be in original packages un-opened and in as new condition. No returns after 30 days of date of invoice. Wingdreams will not refund or pay for return freight unless there was a miss-ship caused by us. All refunds will be paid Less shipping and 25% restocking fee. No refunds on electrical accessories. Orders can't not be canceled after they are processed with out a 15% restocking fee. Certain products like Mirror Extensions are made to order and are a first come first delivered. Mirror Extensions and exhaust systems orders can not be canceled or returned unless there is a quality issue. Windshields are custom made and can not be returned or canceled after they are processed Colors will take a few more days for shipping.
Some products are new to the market along with all the many accessories. Shipping of product can take as long as 8 weeks for delivery. All orders can not be canceled or returned using a timely manner as a excuse. Please make sure accessories will fit your model of motorcycle. If you do not know for sure please email us and we will let you know the fitments.
Shipping Policies.
All product, accessories and/or parts are not our responsibility after they have been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. No claims made be made for mis-shipped or damaged product after 72 hours after the receipt of order. It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. If there is a mistake and product is returned or shipping company charges us for correcting address, an extra cost of $10.00 shipping will be charged. Also $15.00 will be charged if order has to be recalled for any reason such as, but not limited to, credit card failing to make it through the whole charging process.
Orders need to have phone number added at check out. Orders being placed that have a different billing address for the credit card correct information must be entered in the billing at check out and the ship to information must be entered correctly. Or it will take a lot more time to ship because all orders must be be verified and confirmed.

Credit Card Payments.
All orders must be verified and confirmed. We do not keep or store Credit card information.
Due to the increase of credit card fraud, all charge backs or mis-use of credit cards will be reported to all three credit bureaus and Merchant 911 that are made when our shipping and policies have been broken. Also all information will be added to all our companies Wall Of Shame and websites.
All PayPal orders must be verified and confirmed. To redeem store credits per credit or gift codes for store credits, The IP address must match to the same state of the original order.
